Submission Instructions
Extended Abstracts (max 2 pages for regular contributors, max 4 pages for invited speakers) must be submitted within March 1st, 2023. Papers will be selected by the Scientific Committee based upon technical content. Authors will be notified by March 30th 2023 regarding the status of their paper by e-mail. Notifications will be sent only to the corresponding author.The extended abstract MUST be prepared using instructions and format described in this template and must be submitted by email to the address: abstract@wocsdice-exmatec2023.eu
Application for the Best Student Paper Awards must be done during abstract submission. In the email, the presenting authors must declare their candidature to the Awards, giving proof of their eligibility condition (e.g. certificate of enrollment as Master or Doctoral student).
